We aim to have your print or card ready within 48hrs. Any delay we will contact you immediately.

Each print or card is sent with 1st class post from France with La Poste.

Depending on your location your local postal service will deliver to your address.

Any artworks and prints may be collected in Montcuq 46800 by arrangement. Our pop-up art stall is (subject to weather) in place every Sunday April to the end of September next to the Fountain. Please check first. You may also collect framed prints andoriginals that are sometimes available.

We send first class with our local La poste office in Montcuq France. They are open Tuesday to Saturday. We aim to post within 24hrs of production.

All taxes, custom duties and import are the responsibility of the purchaser annd anre NOT included in the price.

Returns policy.

A customer, who is a consumer (hereinafter referred to as "consumer customer") in accordance with French consumer protection law ("Consumer Code"), has the right to withdraw from a contract concluded at the store in line within fourteen days without having to justify any reason. Items are returnable at the purchasers expense and if deemed damaged or faulty a full refund may be offered with refund.

We can print in house up to A2 with our Canon PIxma -pro giclée printer. Any print can be reproduced up to this size.

We out-source the Cards so items may take up to 10 days for printing.

Commission items i.e. a postcard of your artwork as a contact card, depending on quantity will take 10 days after accepting proof.
